The visor drops. The engine screams. The lights go out.
Redline is a solo journaling RPG about the life of a racing driver—from childhood karting and junior formula to the highest level of motorsport, championship battles, and the final laps of a long career.
Using a standard deck of playing cards with Jokers, 2d6, and a journal, you'll create a unique driver and follow their story across decades of racing.
You'll compete in quick card-and-dice race weekends through Practice, Qualifying, and the Grand Prix, while the cards and dice also shape the life happening away from the track: rivalries, friendships, relationships, contracts, team politics, victories, failures, and unexpected moments.
Throughout your career you'll balance three forces:
GLORY — Your fame, victories, championships, and legacy.
HUMANITY — The people, relationships, and values that keep you grounded.
EDGE — Your speed, aggression, and willingness to push beyond the limit.
Every career tells a different story. You might become a World Champion, a beloved veteran, a ruthless rival, or a legend remembered for generations.
But Redline isn't only about how many races you win.
It's about the person beneath the helmet—and what happens when you spend a lifetime chasing greatness.
What did racing give you? What did it take from you? Would you do it all again?
A solo racing RPG from UYUY Games.
